A common tactic of manipulative and dishonest people is to act as if the decisions have been made WHILE THE DEBATE IS STILL ONGOING. Don’t listen to them – speak up over and over – and don’t be afraid to repeat yourself. Make sure that your voice and the voices of everyone who agrees with you are heard!
